Customer and vehicle stay on the same file. Your checklists, status per item, licence-plate lookup via RDW (including APK date). Findings feed the quote, no second inventory.

Quote & approval

Work plan from the inspection plus your services library. Printable PDF in the shop, or a secure link with signature and timestamp. Then the customer picks a slot.

Floor to invoice

Work order from the approved plan. Timer or manual hours, parts and consumables. Invoice from the same rules, pro forma or final.
